I got the chicken tenders and fries. Fries were not crispy at all.. they were limp and greasy. The chicken had barely any breading on it (which also wasn't crispy), but the chicken was really juicy, which was good. The honey hot sauce was so bad, I can't help but think they forgot ingredients when making it- not that thats just how their sauce is. It was oily and flavorless. The employees were super great, though, very nice people. The food was much better after I threw it in the air fryer to crisp it up. And I added more hot sauce and honey to the oily broth tasting stuff they had, which made it a bit better, too.

I got the chicken bites and they were delicious! Definitely worth the trip to the city to try them. The owner and chef were very nice and appreciative of the business even tho I had a small order. Definitely the best chicken in Lancaster.

The guy who waited on me around 2pm today was very kind and gave me good information on what to order. I didn’t order fries, but since it was my first time he put them in anyways. Even if he didn’t do that I would have still left happy that he genuinely and intentionally connected to me as a new customer. The chicken sandwich was very flavourful and satisfying. The fries were seasoned nicely as well and were distinct. I think my one suggestion would be to fry them a bit longer/make them a bit more crispy, but I was still really satisfied

I got the build your own chicken sandwich and chose the hot honey option. The chicken was juicy, but I have to say the flavor was lacking. I tasted mild sweetness and even milder heat. Plus the underside of the top bun was pretty charred. The fries were limp and soggy so I didn’t really eat them. But the few I had that were crispy weren’t bad tasting. I would come back and try a hotter version next time. Staff was friendly and prompt though

You'll never wanna go no where else for a chicken sandwich, and they got the best sauces and best fries. Id give it more stars if I could, You gotta try this place if you haven't already.

Polite and prompt service. My fried chicken sandwich was delicious and a decent size. Prices are a little high, but it's a downtown restaurant, and I'm sure rent is high. My only real complaint is the condition of the inside of the store. Terrible, worn paint, a floor you would expect in a mechanics shop, and it was sticky. The counter was old and worn. It looks terrible inside. Definitely not something I expected in downtown Lancaster. It leaves the impression that the owner just doesn't care. A fresh coat of paint, new floor and counter and some updated appliances and tables and this would be a nice place.

Now THIS is the best spicy hot chicken sandwich I've ever eaten! I order the J's Way Chicken sandwich which is a huge hunk of juicy chicken breast that is sooo spicy. The pepperjack cheese and sauce adds to the spicy goodness that is not …
